Confluence uses your edmi domain username and password for authentication.
You can’t reset your edmi directory password via the confluence password reset
Confluence will only recognize your username in short form:
"john.doe"
not "dom\john.doe"
not "john.doe@domain.com"
use the password for your edmi domain account
